"Steer Clear!!"
I placed an order for a knife on November 13th, and it seems like it was sent out on the 16th. However, I never got the item I ordered. I've reached out to the company multiple times, but no one picks up. Plus, they didn’t give me a tracking number. I’m starting to think this company might be a scam. So, just stay away at all costs!

"Even after 2 emails asking about delivery..."
Even after 2 emails asking about when my order would arrive, I got no response from customer service. I placed my order on 04.03.22 and received an email on 07.03.22 saying it was dispatched, but I didn't get the item until 12.03.22. Really disappointing customer service.
